KoRn - Untouchables

Untouchables is the fifth album by American Nu metal  band Korn. The album was officially released on June 11, 2002 and featured the Grammy-winning single "Here to Stay", as well as "Thoughtless" and "Alone I Break". The album marks their second to use alternative metal but whereas Issues shifted away from the hip hop-influenced nu metal which was highly present in their early albums, this album does see its return on certain tracks such as "Bottled Up Inside" and "Beat It Upright".

New techniques were used on this album as well: Untouchables featured elements like undistorted guitars and electronics on some songs, giving the album an overall mellow but spooky feel, with one critic calling it a "purgatorial symphony". Songs of this variety include "Hollow Life" and "Hating". The album also contains some of the band's most aggressive work songs like "Here to Stay", "Thoughtless", "Wake Up Hate" and "Beat It Upright" all show this. Untouchables debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 with 434,000 copies. The album received positive reviews from respected music magazines.

KoRn - Untitled

The untitled eighth studio album by American metal band Korn was released on July 27, 2007, through Virgin Records. The standard edition holds thirteen tracks, the deluxe fourteen. The album was intentionally released without a title, as vocalist Jonathan Davis reasoned, "why not just let our fans call it whatever they wanna call it?"  The album has been certified Gold in the U.S.  It is the band's least successful release to date, with the album barely surpassing sales of 500,000 copies.

KoRn - The Very Best Of KoRn (2008)

KoRn are one of the best-selling nu-metal bands on the planet. Of the eight studio albums to their name, the first seven have all been certified platinum - and time will surely see the eighth attain similar status.

The demise of the band L.A.P.D. was the starting point for KoRn. The remaining members (Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, James "Munky" Shaffer, David Silveria and Brian "Head" Welch) were looking for a new singer, found Jonathan Davis, and KoRn was born. A demo followed soon after, Neidermeyer's Mind, and in a rock music scene preoccupied with grunge, they finally signed to Immortal Records.
The group had been creative in using the internet as a weapon in their quest for exposure, but this backfired when the release of their fifth album Untouchables (2002) was leaked onto file-sharing networks, impacting the sales of the album when it was released. Nonetheless the album performed well by most standards. Stylistically, the sound of the band was evolving as this release found them using orchestral and synth arrangements to complement their nu-metal core.

KoRn - Take A Look In The Mirror

Take a Look in the Mirror is the sixth album by the Nu metal  band Korn. It is the last studio album to feature the original lineup of Korn.

Take a Look in the Mirror marks Korn's attempt to return to a more aggressive sound as featured on their earlier albums, with guitarists Brian "Head" Welch and James "Munky" Shaffer mostly utilizing thick, heavy distortion and the occasional clean tones for contrast. The album features elements of Alternative metal and a reworking and re-recording of the track "Alive", the first song the band wrote, which got Davis into the band. The song had previously only been released on the band's first demo, Neidermeyer's Mind. Also of note is the song "Play Me", which features rapper Nas, making Take a Look in the Mirror the first Korn album since Follow the Leader to feature such a collaboration. Furthermore, Davis plays bagpipes on "Let's Do This Now", marking the return of a tradition that has, to date, only been absent on Untouchables.

KoRn - See You On The Other Side

See You on the Other Side is the seventh studio album by Korn. It was released on December 6, 2005, by Virgin Records. It is their first album without long-time guitarist Brian "Head" Welch and the last album with long-time drummer David Silveria. The working title was Souvenir of Sadness. The album was first certified gold on January 12, 2006 and subsequent platinum record certification was awarded on March 16, 2006.

The first single, "Twisted Transistor", was premiered on 102.1 The Edge, and was released on November 21, 2005. Brent Decker e-mailed the disc jockey of the night, Ayo, with a request to play the rumored single. The band also did a See You On The Other Side world tour to heavily promote the album.

KoRn - MTV Unplugged

The performance, part of the MTV Unplugged series, took place in MTV studios in Times Square, New York City on December 9, 2006 in front of a crowd of approximately fifty people.

It marks Korn's second ever televised acoustic performance, with the first being on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! on July 18, 2006.

The show was broadcast online on MTV.com on February 23, 2007 and was broadcast on television in America, Europe and Asia from March 2, 2007.

The exclusive acoustic set had the participation of other big-name artists including Robert Smith and Simon Gallup of The Cure and Amy Lee, the lead singer of Evanescence. Also, Chester Bennington of Linkin Park was a member of the audience.

The album debuted on the U.S. Billboard 200 at #9, with about 51,000 copies sold in its first week, and experienced 55% decline in sales in the following week.

KoRn - Life Is Peachy

Life Is Peachy is the second studio album by the American nu metal band Korn, released on October 15, 1996 through Immortal/Epic Records. Following the success of their 1994 self-titled debut, Korn created a second double platinum in the United States, certified by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album charted number three on the Billboard 200 and peaked number one on the New Zealand charts.

The album has 15 tracks including the hidden track after "Kill You." Korn released three singles from the album, and each charted on the UK chart. For the first time, Korn released covers of the songs "Low Rider" by War, and "Wicked" by Ice Cube. The album features such themes as social encounters and revenge. The album cover was designed by Martin Riedl, and its name is credited to Korn's bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu. It generally received mixed reviews from critics.

KoRn - Greatest Hits Vol. 1

Greatest Hits, Vol.1 is a greatest hits compilation released in October 2004 by nu metal  band Korn which has sold over 1,850,000 copies worldwide. The album features songs from their ten-year career. There are two previously unreleased songs on the compilation: a cover of Cameo's "Word Up!", and a compilation of all three parts of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" and "Goodbye Cruel World".

KoRn - Follow The Leader

Follow the Leader is the third studio album by American nu metal band Korn. The album was released on August 18, 1998, through Immortal/Epic. The album features 13 hidden tracks and was their first album not produced by Ross Robinson. Instead, it was produced by Steve Thompson and Toby Wright.

The album peaked number one on four charts, including the Billboard 200. The album received a 5x platinum in the United States, as well as a 3× Platinum in Australia and Canada. It's singles "Got the Life" and "Freak on a Leash," both charted on more than three charts, and their music videos are considered to be the first music videos retired from MTV. The album generally received well reviews by critics. Korn was praised by Allmusic saying "they're simply vehicles for the metallic grind, which provides all the visceral rush any Korn fan needs."

The "Family Values Tour" promoted the album, along with its five singles. The "Freak on a Leash" was nominated for nine MTV Video Music Awards, and won for the Best Rock Video as well as Best Editing. Follow the Leader sold over five million albums, making it one of Korn's most successful albums.
